WANTED: Imad Fayez Mugniyah should be considered armed and dangerous. He is indicted on multiple counts of conspiracy, hostage taking, and air piracy resulting in murder. He is also indicted for his role in planning and participating in the 14 June 1985 hijacking of a commercial airliner that resulted in assaults on various passengers and crew and the murder of Petty Officer Robert D. Stethem, United States Navy.
