WANTED: Should be considered armed and dangerous. Isnilon Hapilon is a member of the Abu Sayyaf Group, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. There are warrants out for his arrest in connection with kidnapping. Hapilon was indicted in the District of Columbia for his alleged involvement in terrorist acts against US nationals and other foreign nationals in and around the Republic of the Philippines.
