REMARKS: Adnan El Shukrijumah carries a Guyanese passport, but may attempt to enter the United States with a Saudi, Canadian, or Trinidadian passport.

WANTED: Should be considered armed and dangerous. Adnan G. El Shukrijumah is wanted in connection with possible threats against the United States. On 26 March 2003 the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia issued a Material Witness Warrant for his arrest. El Shukrijumah is possibly involved with al-Qa‘ida terrorist activities.
