El-Hoorie and Abdelkarim Hussein Mohamed al-Nasser have both been indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia for the 25 June 1996 bombing of the Khobar Towers military housing complex in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. They are wanted for conspiracy to kill US nationals; conspiracy to murder US employees; conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction against US nationals; conspiracy to destroy US property; conspiracy to attack national defense utilities; bombing resulting in death; use of weapons of mass destruction against US nationals; murder of federal employees; and attempted murder of federal employees.

REWARD: The Rewards for Justice Program, US Department of State, is offering up to $5 million for information leading directly to the apprehension of Abdelkarim Hussein Mohamed al-Nasser.
