REMARKS: Abdullah fled Nairobi, Kenya, on 6 August 1998 and went to Karachi, Pakistan. Abdullah may be living in Afghanistan.

WANTED: Should be considered armed and dangerous. He has been indicted for his alleged role in the 7 August 1998 bombings of the US Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. Specific charges are for the murder of US nationals outside the United States; conspiracy to murder US nationals outside the United States; attack on a federal facility resulting in death; conspiracy to kill US nationals and to destroy buildings and property of the United States; and to destroy national defense facilities of the United States.
