Vice Admiral (ret.) John “Scott” Redd, Director, National Counterterrorism
Center (NCTC), will speak at the Association for Intelligence Officers
(AFIO) Spring Luncheon.
His topic will be: “NCTC – Progress Made and the Challenges Ahead.”

Vice Admiral Redd will discuss NCTC and its missions, including counterterrorism analysis and strategic operational planning, and the global war on terror. His remarks will begin after lunch at approximately 12:45 p.m. and will run till approximately 1:45 p.m., and will include time for questions and answers.
